Had special stay for his great customer service with efficient staff and magnificent location close to two metro station. Location: the hotel was near perfect walking distance from all the main sites in Paris, the Louvre and the phamacy and super market.

Very clean hotel - centrally located and very friendly staff. Rooms were very large by Parisian standards and the breakfast had everything you could wish for. Price performance is right in any case! Would recommend this hotel in any case! Especially since you have to be very careful what you book in Paris - 4 stars is not worth 4 stars in live.

We had taken a taxi from the Gare de Lyon to the hotel on the way there. This cost us with tip 25 Euro - when we ordered a taxi for the way back from the hotel to the Gare de Lyon and arrived at the BHF the driver wanted 35 Euro from us. It was a private driver or something - he got lost 2 times and didn't know the way without Navi. Had also no taximeter!!! We had ordered a taxi driver - I don't like it from the hotel that you do that!

This hotel is a great place to stay, with excellent value for money; I really enjoyed my time here. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Appreciated my stay in Paris, and totally recommend it. It was an excellent base for a long weekend. The location was great for walking around a wide tree-lined avenue. And the area was famous, adjacent to the shopping area as well as Paris for work: D

The location was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful with eating out etc, the room was very clean.

I stayed at this place for my birthday and it was truly a luxurious experience. The hotel upgraded my room and even gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne, making it a very special treat. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, as it is within walking distance to almost everywhere. I loved being able to explore the city easily, and the staff were more than happy to help with directions and recommendations.

I cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not have it at the hotel. However, I can say that the room I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed.
